Our Approach

BilinGrow Therapy partners with schools, districts, and educational teams to provide bilingual speech and language support on an as-needed or contract basis. Services are designed for campuses experiencing bilingual provider shortages, increased evaluation demands, caseload overflow, or temporary staffing needs.

Led by a bilingual English/Spanish ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) with extensive school-based experience, BilinGrow Therapy understands the importance of collaboration, compliance, and providing services that honor each student’s language and cultural background.

Services for Schools

Comprehensive bilingual speech and language evaluations for students who communicate in English, Spanish, or both languages.

Evaluations include careful consideration of:

  • bilingual language development

  • language differences versus disorders

  • cultural and linguistic factors

  • educational impact

  • student communication needs across environments

Formal and informal assessment measures may include standardized testing, language samples, parent/teacher interviews, observations, and dynamic assessment approaches when appropriate.

Consultation & Collaboration

Detailed, educationally relevant reports designed to support eligibility decisions, ARD/IEP team discussions, and student-centered recommendations.

Reports are completed with a focus on:

  • clear interpretation of bilingual assessment results

  • culturally responsive recommendations

  • collaboration with educational teams

  • timely documentation

Evaluation Reports

Support with ARD/IEP meetings to review evaluation findings, explain results, answer team questions, and collaborate with families and school professionals.

Participation available virtually or in person based on location and availability.
